Is there a way to turn off the slide bar?

Description: For me Opera GX always hided the slide bar but now for some reason it's unhidden, is there a way to fix it?

this one, it has always been hidden or more accurately it was always like in the settings menu

@darkuss There isn't a way to disable it as far as I know. Also I guess that how it looks like depends on the page.

it doesn't depend on the page, earlier this day it looked the same way as in settings on youtube and now it looks like i showed before
