I cant import data from Microsoft Edge.

I was using Microsoft Edge and i downloaded Opera Desktop. But i cant import data from Microsoft Edge. When I want to retrieve data, Microsoft Edge is not there. How can i fix this?

When I goto the URL opera://settings/importData on Windows 10, Microsoft Edge is listed. But, I'm not sure if it's for the old Microsoft Edge or the new, Chromium-based Edge. I think it's the former though as only bookmarks can be imported. Same as Chrome.

Before we continue, what version of Windows are you on and what version of Edge are you using?

Microsoft edge prevents Opera from importing. However, you can import bookmarks and settings manually.
From Edge, use the export to file option and save the bookmarks on your PC.
Then go into Opera's settings and import bookmarks from that file.
