but i still can't install Extensions, it happens in Google chrome too and i found no answer or fix for it
      it didn't happen before
can anyone help ? i don't want to reinstall my windows, i use Windows 7, not a fan of Win10
Opera and chrome used to work fine but now i can't install any extension because it says Could not install package: 'ERROR_REMOVING_OLD_IMAGE_FILE'

Searching on the net, it might be a permission issue with your Windows user account's appdata folder.

          See https://www.computerrepairtech.com/blog/error_removing_old_image_file-cant-install-google-chrome-extension/.

Right-click on the "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData" folder in Windows Explorer and click on "properties". Then, on the security tab. make sure your username is there and has full control and all permissions. Also, make sure there's no "Users" group there.

@burnout426 thank you friend i figured out that its a permissions problem and i fixed it using Permissions Time Machine Lite, it helped me to reset permissions to default for the Appdata folder and now extensions install fine ^^
Thank you all for the great support
