"download with ODM"

So for some time , when i try to download something , i no longer have that download icon in the right up corner , and instead i get a pop-up that says its downloading.

So i seen that new download method is called "ODM" , and how i can disable it ?

@K4PA Here I still see the download icon/list at the top right.
