Telegram and whatsapp stopped working on the side flap.

It's been 3 days since the telegram and whatsapp on the sidebar stopped working properly. The telegram started to stop updating messages, staying paused, while whattsapp opens and updates messages, but the audio does not play. When I open the tab as if it were a website, they work correctly. I tried to update to the latest version but it didn't help.
