Selected Item in searchbar is jumping around

Hey,
i noticed a bug/problem with the search bar of the opera browser.
Sometimes (every second/third) time you search with a letter in the search bar and you move your mouse over the items the selected item is jumping.It selects for example the first item but your mouse is over the third item in the list and the click is doing what it should but it is quite annoying.
The gif should help to imagine.
