[Solved] save as pdf low resolution

opera 71 : since a few versions (I did not notice exactly when) the export to pdf function gives a low resolution pdf. really annoying. mac os 10.12.6

I'm replying to my own post, with a way to reproduce the bug.
go to for example a forum (discord one)

then right-clic save as pdf
the generated pdf has a very low resolution
or
if you use file-print-export as pdf, the generated pdf is far better.
