Restore passwords

Hi! Could somebody help me? I have cleared browsing data with saved passwords on my first PC, and Opera deleted passwords on all my other PC and devices. Perhaps somebody knows how can I get all my passwords back?

Do you have a backup?

Does https://sync.opera.com/web/ say that you have synced passwords?

If this means that you also don't have a backup, then I'm afraid there's nothing much to be done.
