Easier access to bookmarks

I want to have easy access to bookmarks. Ctrl-shift-b doesn't cut it for me but right-clicking on the heart icon would do it.
The other option would be to let us adjust the width of the address bar. That way, we could use Neater Bookmarks, whose icon is hidden behind the address bar.
Or am I missing something?

@jim97219 You can use the sidebar, bookmarks bar, menu, etc. You can even change the keyboard shortcut.
