[Suggestion] volume control of the tabs

Would be great if the Opera have a volume control of the tabs, it's a very interesting resorce to be added.

Hi. I want to tell developers about 1 problem I had: When I use Instagram or Whatsapp in Opera GX I can't control volume of media. I have to control volume in Windows Mixer. So I think it would be great if there was Volume Control for each Tab and IG, Whatsapp, etc. So users could listen Whatsapp voice messages while talking with friends in Discord or something else.

@t1mb3r For this to happen, I guess that each tab would need to be seen as a different program by the OS.

@t1mb3r Regarding volume control on Whatsapp, Instagram, etc, you need to ask them to add such feature to their pages.
