Why Quick search deleted?

When I download the latest update and try to use quick search it isnt there

Opera has recently removed good features. I loved the quick search, now I have to open a new google tab to search when you could do it in seconds, just clicking at the left side of the bar. I know that they could have do it experimentally, but It's a mess and they haven't returned one of them yet (as far as I know). However, I hope these changes aren't permanent.
