Mail and Chat accounts

I use Windows 10 and the Opera-version: 68.0.3618.63
If I click top left on Opera, I can't find the voice "Mail and Chat Accounts". Where can I find it? I need them for the settings of Opera Mail.

How long haven't you updated? Opera Mail was removed about 7 years ago from Opera.

You should use something else for mailing now...
