Significant problems with VPN enabled. Opera Version:68.0.3618.63 stable.
- Cannot access any websites while VPN enabled.
- Cannot clear browsing data while VPN enabled - Opera hangs and never completes this operation.
Restarting then disabling VPN allows both items to work normally.

@mrpantz Hi, this issue has just resolved itself and is now working using the same Stable version on Win10.
I had the exact same issue as you. -

Yes, it does seem to be working properly again.
If the VPN servers were down temporarily, it's odd that Opera would hang when trying to clear browsing data while there's a VPN issue.
