Opera Touch browser displayed on iPad

I'm used to using Chrome on my iPad which uses the whole screen in either landscape or portrait. Opera Touch comes up in portrait, large font and images yet does not use all the screen space and very reluctant to switch to landscape if at all. It would be nice to have it come up full screen in either portrait or landscape depending on iPad orientation and have re-sizable contents. It looks to me this is an iphone app running on an iPad.

I don't think The Opera Touch can work great on any iPad models, even on iPad mini, it can't work great as iPhone. I simply concluded that it is specially designed for all-screen devices with no home button like the iPhone X and iPhone XS Max.

@BluLXiSkr
I’m using Opera Touch on my ancient iPad mini 2, and it re-orients from landscape to portrait just by turning the iPad.
