Avoiding sites blocking Opera due to ad blocker

More and more sites are detecting Opera's ad blocking and refusing to allow entry into their web sites/domains. Is there any way to disallow ads and yet get into these sites??

1. Turn off Opera's ad blocking.
2. Use some other add-ons, maybe it will work.
   (adblock, noscript, ghostery or any similar)
   I do it and it's usually okay.
