[Bug] There are no vertical arrows to scroll bookmarks!

If you create a folder on the bookmarks bar and create a folder in this folder and put a lot of bookmarks in it, then there are no vertical arrows to rewind bookmarks.
There is no such problem in Opera Stable, Beta, or Developer! There are vertical arrows for rewinding bookmarks!

It used to work just fine but some new update broke it. Now you can't scroll through a folder that has many bookmarks (no arrow either) and what would be the middle of your bookmarks is now show as the top of the list. It's completely broken.
Is there a way to revert without losing the browser settings (not the bookmarks) and are the devs aware of this issue?

The same thing. If the folder is in the root, then there are arrows, and there is a folder located in the folder and then there are no arrows. It doesn't matter at what screen resolution.

Do the developers reply here? I hope they're aware of the issue. Really good browser that I don't want to swap away from
