Artefacts when using the mouse

If I go to any page, wait for a few minutes (when im reading etc,) and then use my mouse, this happens. Idk why its happening or what it is but its very annoying. Am i the only one? Also, its just opera, its not on any other softwares or browsers.

Try disabling hardware acceleration in settings. If that helps, consider updating video drivers.
