How to disable download pop-up window? And "new tab opened" notification...

Hi, everybody,

I would like to disable pop-up window about confirmation of file downloading (see pic).
First of all, I've already set up default place to download. Why it is necessary to ask again?
Second, this window takes a half of phone screen.
Third, often I forget to tap on "download" and file doesn't download at all.
So, how to remove it?

And also I would ask to help to remove pop-up window about opening new tab. It iss less important but also annoying...

Just made an account to second this. Still a problem a year later. Total deal breaker for me.
