No, it didn't work, not even with 65.0.3467.48 (as this was the first update I've done with a 65-version).

Thats very strange ...
I am on my Windows (10) Comp and I was checking for Updates, but it is still the actual version of Opera 65.0.3467.48
And everthing works fine, here; look
And all my Passwords are safed, even under Linux this morning. Nothing lost.
Click in the tree points offers Password Export. -

I just looked again, I also use the 64-bit version. Otherwise I might have accepted the error here.C:\Users\**********\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\opera stable\login DataThis file have 56 kib, in Linux about 48 kib. And I have backed up 32 pw, in Opera.
So maybe you have a comparison of this file.Whats happen to your
C:\Users\**********\AppData\Local\Opera Software\opera stable\**Login Data-journal**?? same size, or 0
And we do talk about Windows 10, right

In V 65 the autofill function doesn't autofill anything, that's when I first realised there was a problem. No saved passwords are displayed.
The login Data file is intact, I can find all the saved passwords and the autofill works by falling back to V 64.
I am happy staying at V 64. I will wait for another software release.
I will like to have an easy and clean way to stop Opera auto-updates.Thanks to all.

- I'm using Windows 10 64 bit Home Premium, and of course the 64 bit versions of Opera
- My "login data" file is about 340 kBytes big, there are appr. 150 pw entries in there.

\path\to\launcher.exe --no-experiments, does it make any difference?Please also try to launch the Opera with a fresh profile as follows:
\path\to\launcher.exe --user-data-dir="\path\to\fresh-profile", and see if it fixes the issue. -

"no experiment" didn't change anything, also starting with a fresh profile didn't solve the problem...

Looks good for me; and this file size is fine, I think, for the number of Pw you have saved.

@ali929 have had the same problem in the last days buti think i solved it by going to the easy setup menu (on the left side just below the cross that closes the window) and then under privacy and security settings i clicked the activate in settings button, from there i turned it off completely and on again and now it looks flawless
p.s. notice that all the bolded text are translation from my laguage so not sure if those are called exactly as stated, sorry for that

Hi @ali929, I'm one of the users, so I can't fix it if the issue in your case is on the Opera's service side, but you can try to clear Opera's cache, restart the browser, and see if that helps. Anyway, if you had it working before, you may provide more details in which case it doesn't work e.g. you turn it on for Europe, or Americas etc., or it doesn't work at all now. You can also wait a bit, maybe it's temporary service outage in your region.
On the other hand, using the Opera's VPN from some countries/regions may be not possible at all.

@l33t4opera Thanks for your reply. I live in Iran and have been using Opera browser for several years and it worked fine until mid-November. None of the locations for the VPN work.
