Add Pinned Tabs

The application has been updated, but essentially nothing has changed. I’ll put 5 stars if you make it possible to fix open tabs as on a computer. So that several tabs take up less space and the necessary tabs cannot be closed.

@andriyzver Pinned tabs would make sense only on tablet mode.
