Does Opera browser plan to support DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) ?

As we are seeing in the media, Firefox and Google Chrome plan to launch DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) soon by default.
As you can see at https://www.chromium.org/developers/dns-over-https Chrome 78 is expected to launch on October 22nd with DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) enabled by default .
Since Opera browser is based on Chromium and it will enable the DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) feature by default in late October, I would like to know if Opera browser also has plans to follow these plans? Because DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) allows the connection to be made more secure, preventing Internet service providers (AT&T, Verizon,...) from analyzing their users' traffic.

Does this mean that DoH is implemented by default or does it require (as I have read somewhere) that a flag needs to be set? Second question is DoH available in Opera-Developer or Opera-Stable or both?
This is all good news. Where it is here or not, it is coming!
Thanks.
