Long press (or 2 times) "Cmd + Q" setting doesn't work

Hello! I use Oepra Stable 63 on macOS Mojave 10.14.6. I updated Opera Stable to version 63. I enable Long press (or 2 times) "Cmd + Q" setting. But this setting doesn't work! When I did no long press "Cmd + Q", Opera finished. Normally Opera wouldn't finish when this setting were enabled.

Incidentally, I sent bug-report. This bug's number is "DNAWIZ-70566". And I updated Opera Stable to ver. 63.0.3368.43 today! But this bug was not fixed.

This issue is not fixed. I use Opera Stable 67.0.3575.31 on macOS 10.15.3.
