Need Help with Sync

I can log into my account and see my Android phone and my window device, but I cannot get the bookmarks and the speed dial from my phone onto my computer! Don't know what to do at this point, it syncs to my account but wont sync to my actual bookmarks on my computer.

@Stevewindows Did you also login to Sync? Or did you just accessed the sync web page?
