Delay On Opening Opera

I have about 39 Speed Dial tiles, when I open Opera 62.0.3331.99 the first time in the morning, there is about a 25 second delay before the speed dial appears. Opera opens quickly, but sits there without any speed dials for that time.
Help??

No help, just a confirmation:
On my low performance netbook I also observe this behavior (Opera 62.0.3331.99 on Windows 7 32-bit). This delayed speed dial display only started a few Opera versions ago.
However, I have 45 speed dials and my delay is not quite as long as yours.
I wondered if there could be a connection with the length and complexity of the URLs of the speed dials, because some of my speed dials are linked to product searches at online merchants, and these web addresses can be very long.
I will soon switch to a powerful computer with Windows 10, if only because Microsoft will discontinue support for Windows 7 in a few months. I hope that this will solve the problem for me on its own.

@yanta I also notice a delay of speed dial appearance when I am on browsing a web page and then go back to the home speed dial page from that browsing window, not as long as the delay when firt opening Opera though, but definitely a delay

Also confirmed, and also if I just open a new tab (with
Ctrl+T
or by clicking on the plus sign on the tab bar):The tab itself opens immediately, but the speed dial entries appear noticeably later.
I attribute this in my case to the poor performance of my hardware.

@yanta This situation has been here since O 60.0.3255.151...and I can ASSURE you this is not just due to the performance of your hardware, see my previous post, which no one responded to::

There had been an Opera version some time ago where simply opening a new tab on my netbook took so long that I had considered temporarily switching to another web browser. This had also been noticed by other users and reported here.
Since then, I notice slight changes in the way new Opera versions open and display the start page and speed dial icons on my device, so I think the development team is still optimizing these processes.
