[Solved]Background volume control bind to mouse-back button.

One of recent updates is causing to show this volume control with mouse back button every time when opera is running in background with i.e. you-tube open.

This brings issues when gaming (big part of screen is blocked by this control window).
Also I do not see any setting to turn this off.

@morminsky See if setting opera://flags/#hardware-media-key-handling to disabled change anything.
