Why was DNA-79245 Remove kFeatureWarnOnClosingMultipleTabs removed from the latest release? I just a bunch of work.

@waltx Only the flag was removed. The option is still there in settings page.

I noticed the options were still in settings, but they were on and it still didn't confirm. I went back to version 60. If you know why it doesn't work, please let me know.

@waltx Probably a bug. I remember have read some comments about it not be working.

I am looking at that setting, and it looks like a sliding switch, which is obviously on.
