Suggestions to Opera GX be a better browser

Hello everyone. Firstly, I would like to apologize for bad english and congratulate for the browser. I found it very beautiful, interactive, fast and I'm really enjoying it. Without stretching much, I will suggest some simple additions that could make the browsing experience better.

First, add an option to make the bookmarks bar appear only on the speed dial home page, like in Chrome. Because the current option of appearing all the time ends up polluting the navigation too much.

In second, enable an option in browser settings to disable all types of notifications on web pages automatically, that is, without having to ask the user all the time to allow notifications or not, as they currently are.

@corleone27 Second one is already there. Just go to settings and turn off notifications in site settings

@corleone27 Here: opera://settings/content/notifications. Turn off the switcher.
