What version of Touch? What version of Android? What device? From where are you downloading it? What exactly is the problem? How to try to reproduce it?

@leocg i'm in the last beta version. The problem was also in the standard version.

i'm download the apk files in a some apk website to search the problem and this don't help. Simply the apk files do not open and can not be installed. As compared to other browsers
