@ohanzi Opera is quite slow at changing or have disagreed with you. Thats what i have concluded.

@artexjay Opera can't simply add a translator feature, it needs to make an agreement with a translation service.
So, it may not depends only on Opera.

@leocg well, Opera seems extremely close to Yandex recently. So they could make a deal with them. Or chat with many of the current translation services available.
