Displaying all Extensions message

Hello,

everytime I start opera I get a window telling me "we are temporarily displaying all of your browser extensions ..." how can I stop this ...

this is the browser version:

Version:60.0.3255.83
Opera is up to date
Update stream:Stable
System:Manjaro Linux (x86_64; XFCE)

"Displaying" or "disabling"? It does not make any sense if it says "displaying"...

@jimunderscorep The message says 'displaying' if I remember correctly.
