Livestream Video keeps timing out

I watch a regular program on Livestream.com
The video keeps timing out after a couple minutes. I hit the retry button and the video reloads and plays for a couple more minutes.
This just started after updating to the latest version of Flashplayer.
Any help would be appreciated.
