Is it normal that I can't "drag and drop" an image from anywere ? I tried to drag an image from Google image to my desktop and it doesn't show it.

Do you mean 'Search by image' function or simple drag&drop function between tabs/windows? Both work fine for me. Please send more details if it doesn't work for you.
