Flash Player not working on Opera

Whenever I allow it/enable it, it redirects me to Adobe's site to redownload Flash as if I have never downloaded it before. This is really frustrating, help please.
Opera: Version: 56.0.3051.43
OS: MacOS Mojave, Version 10.14

@wingedsupernova , have you tried following the instructions and downloading it again or updating it?

Opera uses a different edition of Flash than Safari and Firefox on Mac. And even if you have installed the right edition for Opera before, it checks if the version is up to date, so updating might help in that case.

@avl It says everything is up to date, but it still won't work!

Which site is it failing on? Can you show what it looks like?
