As there already had been quite a few people who are still waiting for this feature I wanted to refresh this issue.
I only found an extension for real full screen mode for single tabs. But this is quite annoying, when you switch tabs by keyboard and would have to activate this feature again and again for every tab.
A real full screen mode with bookmark, search, side and tab bar appearing by hovering them would be great.

Or has anybody found a solution for this?

Full screen mode in Opera doesn't show any bars. And here when a go to another tab using keyboard shortcut, it remais in full screen.

Hi there @leocg!
I was wondering if opera developers can add this feature where you can use the browser on full screen while accessing tabs on hovering the address bar instead of toggling the shortcut key (F11) multiple times. Thanks in advance!
