Opera can't play video on Twitter

Hi, Linux Mint, Opera Stable don`t play films on Twitter
"We can not play the video in this browser. Use a different browser."
E.g https://twitter.com/PiotrZPolski/status/1039962177548025858
Codecs are on board, on Vivaldi (last snapschot) is ok.
