How to find incognito mode?

Anyone know where i can find option to open incognito mod? its have been week im trying to find this option with no luck. geez i feel like the need to punch someone head now before i did this can someone tell me how?

Don't you have an Opera icon on the top of the sidebar or at the top left of the screen?

What do you see on the left of the tab bar?

where i can find this so called "menu" ??

What happens when you press the ALT key? At least on Windows systems the menu will pop up, maybe this will bring back the Opera menu icon too on your system.
