No Saved Passwords in Password Manager

I just installed the latest version of Opera on my MacBook. It appears to be saving and using saved passwords, but the Password Manager in Settings does not show any saved passwords in the spot that says, "Saved Passwords will be shown here". How can I view my saved passwords and edit them if needed?
