Google Maps location not determined

I travel frequently so I'm constantly on maps.google.com to see where I'm at. I've never had a problem with it finding my location. These past few days it has not been able to locate me. It has been able to locate me in Chrome. I'm on a Win 8 Opera 54 installation.
I haven't changed anything in my setup. But yesterday and today I deleted the permission for Google to look up my location (That didn't help) and just now I deleted all my allows/denies so Google would ask me again. This didn't help.
Any thoughts or ideas on things to try?

Just installed a stand alone install of Opera and it couldn't locate me either at maps.google.com.
Tried a developer 51 and an old installation of 43. These don't work either.
Internet Explorer 11 doesn't find me.
Firefox 57 does find me.

I think this is somewhat funny.
Bing.com/maps can't find me if you're in Internet Explorer.
bing.com/maps CAN find you if you are in Chrome! -

Ok, this is somewhat fixed. It WAS my fault.
I had installed a cell phone emulator on my laptop and downloaded the Google Maps app into that. So my desktop version of Google maps when I was signed in was seeing some of the settings that I had made in the emulator. So Google maps is seeing me correctly.
Many other sites still don't though..
