Resolution options missing in YouTube on Linux

Hey guys! The above problem is now back in Opera 54.0.2952.46 on Linux Mint (I'm on 18.3, but I'm sure it affects other Mint versions and Linux distros as well).

Here's how it manifests e.g. on YouTube:

The solution seems to be this:

But I don't know which libffmpeg to install this time around. Anybody have any idea?

This version is already outdated, current version is 54.0.2952.51
