Firefox 60.x has a very handy option to save a full page screenshot without any manually dragging/resizing:

You can then either copy the screenshot to the clipboard, or save it on your PC or save it online (https://screenshots.firefox.com/shots):

Would be very nice if you could consider to let Opera support that feature too!

@yanta Opera had it for a while but it never really worked as intended, so they added 'save as PDF' that does basically a screen shot of the whole page.

Actually, I use both Opera's function "Save as PDF", and also Firefox's option to make full page screenshots without the need of manually adjusting the screenshot region. This makes sense for me for example when I conclude a contract online.
