Is there a plugin to block a video or a channel on Youtube?

YouTube uses HTML5, which is not handled by plugins, so there would be no such thing. You can use an extension to prevent a video from autostarting. The one I use is "Disable HTML5 Autoplay".

@concretable I guess plug-in in this case means add-on, extension.
