Hamburger menu issue

Nothing goes happening when I try to roll out hamburger menu.
Opera mini wersja 33.0.2254.125672
Moto x4. Operator Virgin mobile Polska.
I do not try to clear data of app because I will loose saved pages.

Install it from offline apk provider sites. Data will be preserved with downgraded version of opera mini
