Sync keyboard shortcuts

I wish you could sync all settings when you have configured sync to "settings", including keyboard shortcuts. Also, speed dial doesn't seem to sync but maybe that's just an issue I'm having? All other bookmarks sync just fine

Thanks! Also I forgot to mention synchronization of extensions. But perhaps that's already been suggested.
