Can't download Opera mini for emulator

Hi all,
I'm trying to download Opera from this link:
http://www.opera.com/mobile/download/versions/All versions I checked unavailable with 404 error.
Can someone check where this files located?

Can you please tell us which version do you want to download and what URL do you get that returns 404? An example of downloadable URL is http://mini.opera.com/download-7/opera-mini-latest-advanced-en.jar?no_redir&ismobile=false but it would be helpful if you provided some info, so we can reproduce this issue.

I want to download:
http://mini.opera.com/global/opera-mini-4.5.33867-advanced-all.jar
As I understand that's all I need to run opera mini in emulator:
