Logins and passwords not saving

Not using desktop sync or anything that requires that sort of thing thing. Just want the app to save my login and password like Chrome does. I have checked the settings and don't see any option for it.
I Do get a pop-up asking if I want to save and always hit save but when I have to login again it's like that never happened.

@joe7dust Did you try to clear browsing data?
No, is there a way to do that for just 1 site to test?

@joe7dust To clear data for individual sites, go to Settings in the Opera menu and then Site Settings under the Privacy Section. Next hit All Sites and long press the site you want to clear. Hope this helps.

Well your suggestion kinda worked. It now automatically enters the login and password for the most recently used account. However if I want to switch accounts I have enter both fields. If this is normal I'm probably just going to go back to Chrome. There as soon as I tap the login field I get a menu popup of my accounts and just selecting one will populate the password field. I don't ever log out. Putting the password for last used account is kind of useless to me.

This small victory does not even last. I was logged out overnight from inactivity and had to enter both fields again today. And of course I got the pop up asking me if I want to save it almost like your app is mocking me.

@joe7dust Password sync is not supported on Android, only bookmarks and active tabs can be synchronized.

@joe7dust Yes, of course. However, I am not a dev. Nothing I can do for you. Don't know if the devs bother to read this forum, they never answer.

@joe7dust Several login credentials for one website are not supported, I guess.

That's a shame because FF and Chrome have gotten very bloated lately. I still will use Chrome for any site I have more than one account then I guess.
