Try to:
- Go to OHelp > Find solutions - check out to find the profile folder path -.
- Do a Profile or Login Data backup.
- Go to Opera://Flags > "Enable import/export passwords" and export them from Opera Settings > Passwords.
- You'll be able to save them as .CSV file.
Other option would be to do another install on another path and Sync it, it should download the passwords, then copy the file and export them too.

This morning all passwords are magically returned, on their own. Without touching anything. It was a temporary problem. Better this way.
Thanks anyway for your answer. It will certainly be useful for someone else. -
