The oddity when the adblocker is enabled

I noticed one oddity when the adblocker is enabled. Many :root definitions appear in the <styles> section of loaded files.
Tested on two computers. Who knows what this is?
System is Win7 64, Opera 49.0.2725.64
I can`t attach exsample files, but i wrote example of added text..
