Add All Of Adguard's Ad-blocking Lists To Opera

Summary of feature requests:
1. Add more default optional ad-blocking lists to Opera's native ad-blocker, and allow users to add URL's as custom ad-blocking lists.
1.1 Add a brief and helpful description to each ad-blocking list, so users know what they're getting. Also, give warnings to users if some lists are redundant (like EasyList and EasyList+EasyPrivacy).
2. Allow users to manually configure how often ad-blocking lists will be auto-updated. (Example: 15m, 30m, 1h, 2h, 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h, Weekly...)
3. Optimize the downloading of ad-blocking lists into the master file.1.
Here's the list I use:

Simplified Domain Names

Spam 404

BarbBlock

NoCoin Adblock list
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hoshsadiq/adblock-nocoin-list/master/nocoin.txtNot all of these can be added to Opera's native ad-blocking list. Please allow users to add these lists, and include them as optional lists by default.
1.1
Add a brief and helpful description to each ad-blocking list, so users know what they're getting.
This helps, as some websites will employ anti-adblocker scripts that bypass the ad-blocking extensions quicker than the auto-update can. This results in ads getting displayed even when an ad-blocker is present. This mitigates that problem, even if it doesn't solve it.
3.
After downloading the ad-blocking lists, compact them into a single, sorted file. Also, remove redundant/repeated entries. This makes the ad-blocking faster, and allows searches done to the ad-blocking master files to be done much faster.
Also, this way a few things can be done. If I select to auto-update the ad-blocking lists every 15 minutes, updates can be checked against an MD5 or SHA1 sum, preventing unnecessary downloading of files. But if the hash sum is different, the original file can be compared to the new one for any differences. The of all newly-updated ad-blocking differences can then be added (or removed) in one go to the new master file, which can then be updated. This avoids unnecessary use of CPU resources, RAM, or bandwidth.
Thanks,

@leocg Not from a URL, only from text file. Try it.
Settings > Block Ads > Manage Lists > Custom Lists
Add "https://filters.adtidy.org/extension/chromium/filters/14.txt" (minus the quotes)
Import failed: Parse Error

Try with FilterLists.
Tested the first one - as an URL - and it works.

If you have Fanboy's Annoyance List, you do not need Fanboy's Social Blocking List. The Annoyance List contains all the social blocks. I am using uBlock Origin with a list of subscriptions added, and it works very well.

This is a very good suggestion, especially the bit at the end to reduce unnecessary downloading yet keep the lists very up to date.@zalex108 I don't know why you would check a random one when he specifically mentioned the one not working in his last post. It still does not work using the site that you suggested. here
Also, to add another related suggestion you Opera really should implement a way to block ads on the fly. "Adblock" for Firefox & Chrome does this very well, especially for sites with popups nagging to turn off adblocker. Something slipped thru? Right click -> block ad -> slide the slider and BAM it's gone.

Then, probably though that he think that would not be possible or it was to tell him to check for another.
I didn't compared the lists for each extension, but I suppose that they shares most of the rules.

They should add these two as default enabled:
Anti-Adblock Reek
I don't care about cookiesI hate pages bitching about me using Adblock and the stupid "no purpose" cookie popups also need to go (yeah, we get it, ALL webpage use stupid cookies, no need to tell us the obvious). These two are a must have that everyone should get.
Fanboy's Tracking list and Enhanced anti tracking and Annoyances as optional selection, but certainly not bunch of others which are useless, especially Malware domains which are just a bloat of outdated links. Pointless waste of CPU resources combing through for relevant hits. The rest is already in Opera.
