where panel favorites? In previous versions of 11, was left the Favorites pane. Now I can not find! Than convenient when many saved links to web sites can be grouped and work as in Windows Explorer.

No panels in the new versions of Opera I'm afraid, and nor will there ever be as I believe it's not possible using the Blink engine.

It seems you could have panels, though perhaps there is something about the Blink engine that makes it more difficult to accomplish. In Chrome -- which also has the Blink engine -- there's some work on panels.

Chrome does have an extension, Bookmarks Side Panel, though it didn't get great reviews.

Just don't use Opera 20 yet, it's not a final product. Wait until Opera 37 and you'll find many of the features that make Opera Opera will have returned. God knows why almost everything was removed, but it's getting back bit by bit.
