Since Addons/Extensions Synchronization feature is nowhere to be seen and might remain so for quite a while, why not provide users who are signed into their account to tag extensions they like the most into "Extensions Favorites" so you don't have to dig through them and chase the ones you like, you'd just sign in to your Opera account when on Opera Addons page, select Favorite Extensions and click Install next to the ones listed there that you want to install. I'm assuming it's a lot easier for Opera team to modify existing Addons webpage to allow this than redesign Opera Sync to sync the extensions. This would be super useful for Opera browser reinstalls or when you install it on new computer and you need to add all the stuff. It would just be very convenient picking them from a list of favorite extensions than search them out one by one by name.

And thinking about your idea, a list of the extensions installed on each device, similar to the "other SpeedDial" section, would be nice too.

For now I guess you can bookmark the extensions page.
Lol, how doing this didn't cross my mind lol. This would also do the trick in a way.
